A full-time Bicycle Mechanic:- Proficient in servicing all bike brands
- Skilled in precise and efficient bicycle assembly
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
- Experience managing a small team for exceptional customer service
- Knowledgeable about cycling products and trends
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and point of sale systems
- Familiarity with the bicycle industry and trends
- Proficiency in data management and spreadsheet applications
- Experience with Shopify is advantageous
- Social media skills are desirable
All positions adhere to the General Retail Industry Award 2020, and compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's skills, with opportunities for skill development during employment.
