Usage Info
Use prior to, during, and after workouts to satisfy the body’s electrolyte requirements with maximum precision.Use as needed, but primarily when:
- Exercise lasts for more than two hours, regardless of temperature or humidity.
- Exercise lasts less than two hours and:
- Temperature is above 27 degrees and/or 70% humidity or
- Temperature and humidity is 4 degrees or more above what you are accustomed to.
Mixing Instructions
Starting at an hourly dose of 1/2 tablet per 50-60 pounds of body weight, add Endurolytes Fizz tablets to your water or fuel bottle(s), allow to dissolve completely, and consume as needed to maintain proper hydration and electrolyte levels.
Note: Each rapidly dissolving effervescent tablet contains the equivalent dosage of approximately two Endurolytes capsules.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Many variablesbody weight, fitness level, weather conditions, acclimatization level, and physiological predispositionaffect individual electrolyte requirements, so you must do your own trials with Endurolytes Fizz dosing, under a variety of conditions, to determine what your individual needs are.
- Endurolytes Fizz DOES NOT prevent heat stroke, hyponatremia, or any other dangerous physical condition resulting from overexertion in the heat.
- At 10 calories per tablet, Endurolytes Fizz is not a significant source of calories.
- The amount of salt (sodium chloride) you habitually consume in your daily diet largely determines the amount of salt, you will need to consume during exercise and races. If you consume a high-salt diet, you will need to increase your hourly dose of Endurolytes Fizz above our starting point recommendation.

Full Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
All online orders are processed and shipped from our Mackay store during normal operating hours (8:30am–5:30pm, Tuesday to Friday). Our goal is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Parts, Clothing and Accessories are shipped via Australia Post or other parcel courier. Bicycles, Frame-sets and indoor smart-bike trainers are shipped via specialist bike courier services to ensure they arrive in suitable condition.
2. Warehouse-Supplied Items
Some items on our website are supplied directly from brand warehouses interstate. Where this applies, the product page shows a note such as "Available to Order from [Brand] Warehouse — ships to Mackay Cycles, then ready for Click & Collect or local delivery in approx. 5–7 working days."
These items route through our Mackay store before dispatch, so we can check, pack and freight them properly. Please allow the stated working days for the item to arrive with us before it's dispatched to you.
A small number of items ship direct from the supplier to your address — where that applies, the product page will say so.
3. East Coast Australia Bike Freight
Our $200 flat-rate Bicycle freight, $150 Frame-set freight, and indoor smart-bike freight ($200 Zwift Ride / $400 Wahoo KICKR BIKE), are available to addresses in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania and South Australia. Freight to Western Australia and the Northern Territory is available by quote — please contact us with the item and your address and we will provide a custom quote.
4. Click & Collect at Mackay Cycles
Free in-store pickup is available from 7/8–14 Centurion Drive, Paget QLD 4740. Most online orders are ready within 4 business hours; we'll send a notification when your order is ready to collect. Items not on-floor (typically supplied from interstate warehouses) are not currently available for immediate Click & Collect — they'll be ready for collection once they arrive with us (see Section 2). Click & Collect is available as a separate option at checkout.
5. Freight Insurance
Freight insurance is recommended for shipments valued over $400 and is available on request. Without insurance, claims for damage in transit may not be covered. Contact us before placing your order if you would like insurance added.
6. Custom Orders & Special Requests
We carry over 5,000 products in store and have access to all the major cycling brands. Only a fraction of our range is live on the website. Contact us for special orders, custom builds, quotes and any questions.
