A properly-sized bike is faster, more comfortable and easier on your body. We use the Retül method trusted by Specialized and professional teams worldwide.
Saddle height and fore-aft · reach and bar drop · cleat position (SPD / Look / Speedplay) · handlebar angle and tilt. Typical session 30–45 minutes, so please book ahead.
