Train indoors with CycleFit using the latest Zwift Ride+ smart trainer system. Each session is structured and led by former professional cyclist Kyle Marwood at Mackay Cycles.

This pass includes a high-quality, coach-led group training sessions. It’s designed for riders looking to build fitness in a consistent, motivating environment. Heart rate monitoring is recommended for optimal training results.

Session Times (All Welcome):

• Tuesday 5:30am
• Tuesday 4:30pm
• Thursday 5:30am

What’s Included:

• 1 x 60-minute group sessions at CycleFit Mackay
• Zwift Ride+ smart trainer and setup provided
  

Important Information:

• Zwift offers a 14-day free trial for new members.

What You Need to Bring for Session:

• A smart device or tablet with the Zwift app installed and a current subscription or free trial
• Shoes with Shimano SPD-SL cleats
• Cycling kit
• Water bottle
• Towel
• We have Zwift Ride Bikes with Shimano SPD-SL pedals fitted

Before Your First Ride:

1. Create a Zwift account: Sign up at zwift.com
2. Join the CycleFit Zwift Club:
   • Download the Zwift Companion App
   • Search for CycleFit Zwift Club and join
3. Optional: If you know your FTP, enter it into your Zwift account (no stress if you don’t know)

On the Day:

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to Mackay Cycles for setup
• Know your height before arriving to speed up bike fit
• Bring your gear ready to ride
