The SCOTT Strike 30 delivers a controlled, capable E-Bike performance for riders who want to go further into the mountains without stretching their budget. Engineered for big off-road miles and sustained confidence across all trails, this 150mm full-suspension alloy 29er combines performance and practicality in a well-rounded package.
Confident climbing across switchbacks and long fire roads comes naturally by Bosch's Performance CX motor delivering up to 120Nm of torque and 750W peak output. Paired with an 800Wh removable battery, the bike significantly extends your range and reduces fatigue on longer days—giving you the freedom to explore deeper into the mountains.
Smooth, consistent performance across is delivered through Shimano's Deore 12-speed drivetrain and front and rear suspension with our own proprietary kinematics. The result is a ride that stays composed and predictable wherever you take it—providing the responsiveness and control that makes every trail feel manageable, not just the challenging ones.
Riding modes are easily adjustable through the Bosch App, letting you match your setup to the terrain, your energy, or the demands of the day—whether you're cruising, need additional support, or want to manage your range for a longer adventure. Full Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
All online orders are processed and shipped from our Mackay store during normal operating hours (8:30am–5:30pm, Tuesday to Friday). Our goal is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Parts, Clothing and Accessories are shipped via Australia Post or other parcel courier. Bicycles, Frame-sets and indoor smart-bike trainers are shipped via specialist bike courier services to ensure they arrive in suitable condition.
2. Warehouse-Supplied Items
Some items on our website are supplied directly from brand warehouses interstate. Where this applies, the product page shows a note such as "Available to Order from [Brand] Warehouse — ships to Mackay Cycles, then ready for Click & Collect or local delivery in approx. 5–10 working days depending on brand."
These items route through our Mackay store before dispatch, so we can check, pack and freight them properly. Please allow the stated working days for the item to arrive with us before it's dispatched to you.
A small number of items ship direct from the supplier to your address — where that applies, the product page will say so.
3. East Coast Australia Bike Freight
Our $200 flat-rate Bicycle freight, $150 Frame-set freight, and indoor smart-bike freight ($200 Zwift Ride / $400 Wahoo KICKR BIKE), are available to addresses in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania and South Australia. Freight to Western Australia and the Northern Territory is quoted individually, because cost varies with size, weight and destination. Request a WA/NT freight quote and we'll come back to you with a firm delivery price, usually within one business day.
Moranbah & Clermont delivery: We deliver to Moranbah (postcode 4744) and Clermont (postcode 4721) for a flat $80 via courier — just select Moranbah 4744 & Clermont 4721 ONLY at checkout. Ordering more than one bike? Contact us and we'll sort the delivery.
4. Click & Collect at Mackay Cycles
Free in-store pickup is available from 7/8–14 Centurion Drive, Paget QLD 4740. Most online orders are ready within 4 business hours; we'll send a notification when your order is ready to collect. Items not on-floor (typically supplied from interstate warehouses) are not currently available for immediate Click & Collect — they'll be ready for collection once they arrive with us (see Section 2). Click & Collect is available as a separate option at checkout.
5. Freight Insurance
Freight insurance is recommended for shipments valued over $400 and is available on request. Without insurance, claims for damage in transit may not be covered. Contact us before placing your order if you would like insurance added.
6. Custom Orders & Special Requests
We carry over 5,000 products in store and have access to all the major cycling brands. Only a fraction of our range is live on the website. Contact us for special orders, custom builds, quotes and any questions.
